Kedves Szülők!

 

Tájékoztatjuk Önöket, hogy az alábbi időpontokban beiratkozást tartunk az
Ibrány Városi Óvodában (Ibrány, Szabolcs út 6.):
 2019.04.24.-én: 8:00 - 15:00 óráig,
 2019.04.25.-én: 8:00 - 18:00 óráig,
 2019.04.26.-án: 8:00 - 15:00 óráig
A beiratkozásra kérjük, hozzák magukkal az alábbi dokumentumokat:
 a gyermek születési anyakönyvi kivonata
 a gyermek lakcímkártyája
 a gyermek TAJ kártyája
 szülő lakcímkártyája
 rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményt, hátrányos helyzetet igazoló
határozat
 a gyermek esetleges tartós betegségről a szakértői vélemény
fénymásolata
